Dr. Finley offers individually curated programs that reimagines wellness at work with a focus on integrative medicine approaches. She uses an integrative medicine approach to optimize the wellness of the program participants through preventive health. This holistic view of health encompasses all aspects of wellness with a focus on evidence-based health education and lifestyle approaches. A few wellness topics include physical, occupation, social, learning, spiritual, financial and mental health. Dr. Finley engages with employees to provide them the tools to help them reach their wellness goals to improve their health. In addition, she has expertise in tailoring programs to highlight health equity within workplace wellness.

What’s different about workplace wellness programs that you develop?
I partner with organizations to hear what their wellness needs are and tailor the program to meet their needs. The comprehensive programs that I develop are focused on being accessible to employees at all levels of the organization to achieve health equity. The programs engage employees and gets them excited to be advocates of their own health which could include management of chronic medical conditions, prevention and wellness promotion. These programs support the employees overall health and wellbeing through evidence-based health education in an interactive, fun format.
